I don't understand why?(cycling)
I put in my LR and LS and all my readings are still at zero after 1 week!
Ammonia = 0
Nitrite = 0
Nitrate = 0
???
a'm I doing something wrong? Why is theire no spike in Ammonia yet?

Durso Standpipe
The bulkhead for my standpipe is 1"1/4 should I use the same diameter for the tubing to the sump, right now I have 1"1/2 and it splashes alot in there maybe because it's too big what do you guy's...

Overdriving Fluorescents
I have a visi-lux 2X30 or 40 watts electronic ballast if I use a 20 watt bulb will it run brighter and will it afect anything? ballast life, bulb life?
