I noticed this small flowery thingy in my tank tonight. I'm pretty new to this and was hoping that someone could help me identify it and what I should do about it.

It's near the top of the rock

does it retract and feather like?

Looks like a mini feather duster.

If its a feather duster it's nothing to worry about they're beneficial to your tank most likely a hitch hiker on rock
