I do remember them saying that only 3 bulbs were working, plus they offered it at 30% off + tax (so roughly $89).

Nope. Mine actually has all bulbs. But I m taking out 3 to use on my sunblasters. Heh

Thats a good deal tho 99 and 30% off thats like 70 cash no tax. I wonder if thats still available.
