Cleaning Black ABS

Starting to accumulate some calcareous algae on the back of my 120G Concept aquarium.

I have the black abs plastic across the back. In your experience what are the best tools to use to keep the abs clean and more importantly scratch free?

Thanks
Tyler

Any sharp plastic scraper should work.Even windshield ice scrapers!

Agreed, it's probably black acrylic & not abs. Don't use a razor blade on it as that will scratch it for sure it must be a plastic scraper.

So a plastic Kent scraper blade should do the trick?

Or you could leave it to turn a nice purple color of back wall.

It's acrylic for sure. If you dont like it, the key to not getting it there is don't let it build up. Clean often with a magnetic cleaner. The more it builds up the harder it is to clean and then you'll risk scratches. If you cant access the back panel with a magnetic cleaner then my advice sucks.
