Just curious...this has been on my mind for a while. Since most of you have opinions of your local fish store, I'm wondering how you would setup and operate your ideal store. Bear in mind that the store will need to be profitable (duh). Start it there and see where it goes.

I am a loyal shopper to the establishments that treat me right. But one thing I dont tolerate is bad service. I dont mind paying a little more, to be able to go into a store and have the employees be curtious and kind at all times. Even when it is busy and maybe a little stressfull. I dont want to be afraid to ask a stupid question or a question that may be elementary to the employee and have them go and shoot back with a snotty answer and a snicker. A friendly, well staffed store, is a busy store, and a popular one. If your prices are competitive and your staff top notch you will get my bussiness hands down.
