vote for your favorite 2012 contest nano
 

hey everyone

nows the time to vote for your favorite nano , while there wasnt many that made it to the end we had a few who fought hard , it shows that setting up a nano and following a set of guidelines isnt as easy as alot of people think , very good job done by everyone and especially those who made it to the end , ive enjoyed reading your journals and you did amazing jobs.

below are the full list of candidates, not everyone participated but should have a chance at the voting .

your votes will play a small roll in contestant points so please read and award who you think did the best job on this years nano contest.

the judges are currently awarding points and winners will be announced on may 1rst.

Will there be pictures of each person's tank in this thread?

I hope so, otherwise I only have two to pick from. Did more than two people complete this contest???:lol:

I believe there was only 3 that actually made it to the end but its really easy to find the last post in all nano entries to check out the builds. It might be easier then posting pics of the nano's as not all made it.

1. I thought there were mystery judges?

2. Since you are asking us to vote, do we use our complete discretion? I thought only 3 or 4 contestants actually finished, but if I can vote for other contestants that didn't actually finish then can I vote for them on the merit of their design alone (even if they didn't execute) ?

How small of a roll are you talking about? As small as a spring roll? :mrgreen:

Why even include the people that never finished... It's just like todays school system.. 'ah little Johnny never passed 5th grade math, lets give him a second shot, well maybe a third...... (three days later) .Congratulations Johnny welcome to grade 6...... No finish no vote.... Rant is over.

the vote is %10 of the total points , if someone wins because they recieved the win in the poll id be very very very surprised....as in its not possible.

those who entered have the chance to at least 10pts, the judges take care of the rest.

Seems odd to include people who never started, quit or didn't finish but to each their own I guess. I also think final tank pic's should of been posted so people would see what to choose from but that's just me. Anyway here is a final pic of my nano tank for people to see, in case they were wondering.
