Buying live sand
 

Hey does anyone have any caribsea white live sand? I need about 80-100 lbs. pm me. Thx

I would recommend you to stay away from buying "used" live sand. They are full of junk and when you mess with them, all that gunk gets release into your water. It's bad.

Yes you can rinse them clean, then there no point in buying "live" cuz everything will be dead. Of course unless you rinse with saltwater at proper temperature.

Just buy plain old non live sand and seed with a little bit of live. Or just buy new live sand from the store.

Oh. And I've been taking out sand from my tank every water change. Can give you a bag to seed if you want. Just let me know.
