Weldon #4. I asked Codfather "Bob" the same thing. He is an acrylic master.

I have Weld On 16 at home

16 is good for reinforcing a joint and filling gaps. 4 is for joining pieces that fit tight. I have both at home but you'd have to come to camrose, st Alberta abit closer, and there's probably ppl better at working with acrylic in Edmonton. I made my sump and ato tank, but I'm still not the best at getting all the bubbles out of.joints. the sumps held up for over a year now tho!

I guess I should find out I'd my skimmer is acrylic or plastic first!!! Lol the top cone popped off and I need to secure it back to the base!
