looking for fluke tabs GVRD
 

wondering if anyone has 1 tab for sale... got an infestation of colonial hydroids that is starting to threaten some of my SPS

A big thanks to dreef for offering up a tab

I did the fluke tab thing to wipe out an infestation of blue cloves a couple of months back, thanks again dreef. Well it did take out the cloves along with a bunch of colonial hydroids--or so I thought. While the cloves didn't come back, the hydroids did. Hope you have better luck vanreefer.

MMAX how long did you treat for ( before water change and skimmer?)?

I don't remember exactly. Must have been 4 or 5 days. It destroyed the cloves fairly quickly and I noticed the hydroids starting to disappear so I let it go a bit longer to try to clear them up.

any side effects? (urchins, starfish, other inverts?)

Finished off my Trochus snails and a coral banded shrimp. Everything else including sps corals were fine.

Killed my cleaners and some species of smaller pest snails.
