APEX - WXM module

I am having trouble setting up my WXM module. I have updated it to the latest firmware, but when I try to do the Ecotech update it downloads to 100% but then gives me the following error

Download Error e
Try Update Again.

I have done this a few times and nothing.

Any ideas?

Nevermind.

But for those others out there that may encounter the same thing. Closer than 2 feet was not enough. I had to have the WXM module and the vortech touching to get it to update.
