A big round of applaud for Denny and Dave along with their team
 

I think everyone who visited concept today should give a big round of applaud for the awesomeness that Denny, Dave and their team (Elias, Matt (I hope I got the name right :P) and few other whom I don't know by name, my apology) pulled up. Putting together the best deals on livestock in town with awesome corals, I must say it was hell of a boxing day sale at concept :)

Oh I totally forgot to mention about the lottery! Thanks to concept for organizing that and congrates to Steve for getting the awesome tank :)

Well if u ask me if it wasn't for Denny David would be In a world of crap. Denny my friend you are what is keeping concept's from losing a lot of customers on line. The way that you treated me and bent over backwards to keep me as a customer has been impeccable.

You are the reason I have made u my online fish place just like Colby at bayside another awesome dude. Thanks again Denny. Karma always comes around that is from the old fashion ethics

I Thank you from everyone that was giving a helping hand at Concept.After a long day possibly few of concept helpers are already sleeping and counting bags full of corals:biggrin::biggrin:

Not trying to start anything but to a degree I have to agree with you on somethings you said.

Not even trying to excuse any mishap that might have taken place...
In the past few month Dave has fallen into a skimmer bucket :biggrin: for running a couple businesses at one time and he got very busy....Denny comes in for the rescue...I am sure when the store is fully setup and Dave get his priorities straightened up things online should and I believe will run much smoother.

Here's the scoop with the website, it hasn't been working properly we can't get it to work properly or update, it's now been deactivated and even that wasn't easy as we don't have access to some parts of the site.

For the past couple weeks we have been trying to get the site caught up but still nothing so we have a new website that will start shortly .

Untill the website is running were taking orders by phone so as not to have any confusion and keep our customers happy;)
