How quiet is is, also wondering about hooking it up, I guess I'd need a wire with plug to attach onto it, also does it have something to attach a ground wire to, basically I'll buy it if it's quiet and if I can safely install it without electrocuting myself.

It comes with a 2 prong plug. I don't see a ground on it. Its not super loud and not super quiet. Its pretty powerful which is why its not super quiet. I got the fan from a Grow shop on Bridgeport in Richmond.
