Tridacna Maxima mantle issues?
 

Hey all

So when I bought this little guy he had these marks on his mantle. Now they are getting bigger. I will update a photo later when I am home but here is an older one to give you an idea.

Any helps would be great. Other than these marks he looks healthy and happy.

I would say the clam looks very normal, the markings might be looking larger to you because as the clam became more comfortable in it's new surrounding, it would have exposed more of it's mantle, making the pattern look bigger.
