I have 3 of these that are extra, I have let them grow for a bit. They are on plugs and rubble. They were free floaters in the tank and I tossed them in the sump. They are ready to go.

My clowns love them!!! If you have a clown and don't quite want an anemone this is a great option.

I don't generally feed them and they like medium to high light. These things will eat pellets! They grow great and when they fall off you can just toss them or put them in the sump.

Here is what my mother colony looks like and you can see the clowns are right at home.
