Maxima on Sand bed
 

Is there anything negative about placing Maxima's on the sand instead of on Rock?

As long as it gets enough light, it should be fine. Mine has been in the sand for over a year now.

You can poke a shell down into the sand and set it on that so it has something to attach to. (Christy taught me that :biggrin: )

Ya as long as they have enough light and something to attatch to it should be fine.

I bought 1 Gold and one Blue last week, Ill post some pics later, but I like them on the sand bed, but I was unsure if it was ok for them.
