Hydor warranty
 

5 weeks ago I had 2 hydor koralia 750's crap out on me they were 1 year old. I took them apart and found out that the magnets on both shafts were cracked and I could peel chunks off. I phone hydor cs and they say no prob will send out replacement shaft right away. And it has been 5 weeks and still nothing..... Anyone else have to wait forever for warranty from hydor? My tank is suffering...

Had the exact same thing happen to me. Just call or email them again. I had mine within about a week of making second contact.

Yep same here, i done it several times and they always send extras too. Both magnets and the outer cages where the little rubber knob breaks off.

Id call them again as well, Ive always had nothing but prompt service from Hydor.

I tried calling them today no answer, I did send them an email and all they replied was it is shipped. So who knows 5 weeks and counting

no tracking number im assuming?

I had some very slow shopping from them too. 5 weeks I think it was. I think it was customs by the look of the postmark.
