WTB Equipment for first FOWLR tank -Gibbons AB
 

Hi. After joining this forum a couple of years ago, I've finally found the time to do some proper research and have decided to convert my 180 gallon Cichlid tank to saltwater. I've checked out the forums, read some books, visited all the stores in Edmonton etc. So I guess I will now need to begin accumulating equipment. I want to start with FOWLR setup and keep it as simple as possible for now (budget) so as far as I know, right now I need the following:

skimmer, tank to use as a sump (or a pre fab sump), return pump, powerheads, and once that is all up and going about 180lbs of live rock

(Advice is welcome too! I'm understand that I will have to give the tank a thorough drain and dry etc before setting it back up)
