Pump fot basment sump to 33g 12ft higher
 

Hi,

I want to make add a sump in the basement for my 33g upstairs. It will need to go from 12' to 16'. Will a quiet one 4000HH work, I know it has 800gph at 6'head, but can it pump to 12' to 16'. If not what other choses do I have?
