Have you looked at Modular LED, Martin is here in Red Deer & can usually have everything you need to you fast.

Martin is great, shipping is fast, his LEDs are easy to work with, and quite intuitive. I should also add that he's very tolerant when it comes to questions, too.

Active Tech here in Calgary has LED strips that could be used for accent lights. But, they are not suitable for growth.
