Are they really the best?

I'd also like to know:

If I have a choice between a CS series or ES series of the same model (eg. ES-6-2+ or CS-6-2+) I understand the CS series is the stronger "cell cast" acrylic. Is it worth spending an extra hundred plus bucks to get one up from the states versus ordering an ES series locally. I'm thinking about the wear and tear on the acrylic over time and whether the ES series would break easily.

Can't answer too much other than my roomie has an ES-6 on his 60gl and the thing simply kicks a$$!

When he got it last year he just plugged it in and away it went, these skimmers work so well and even to this day he cleans it about once every two weeks and the massive amount of foam just never stops! :mrgreen:
