Warranty terms for probes

Probes are articles which wear out during operation. The lifetime significantly depends on the operating conditions, therefore it is not possible to give a reliable statement regarding the prospective lifetime. For electrochemical probes, a lifetime of 6 to 24 months is common. Lifetime of electrical and mechanical probes can also be several years.

That is why for wear and tear articles the legal warranty is not valid. Since we are convinced of the quality of our probes, we offer the following

warranty:
Level probe: 12 months
Conductivity probe: 12 months
Temperature probe: 12 months
Humidity/ air temperature probe: 12 months
Oxygen probe: 6 months
Redox-probe: 6 months
pH-probe: 6 months

Dealer storage time - Example, If a period is 6 months starting with the sale to the end customer but maximal 9 months starting with the purchase of the dealer at GHL. Herewith we grant dealers a storing period of 3 months.

Excluded are defects that can be traced back to wear, mechanical overstraining, breakage of glass or improper use, handling, storage or changes / repairs carried out by third parties.

Aqua Digital warranty additions - We make very sure no dealer keeps stock of such items longer than 3 months from date of purchase from us so clients warranty is not shortened by long term stocking. ALL purchase dates are kept on file to avoid this.
