Hey guys
could you please id this wrasse asap. sorry about the un clear pictures.
I want to make sure its reef safe.

It looks like a type of pencil wrasse, but I'm not sure specifically what type, but the stripe down the side is pretty characteristic of them.

The tail markings and the stripe are what gave it away.

It is a pencil wrasse. It's reef safe, but may go after small shrimp. It is hard to keep alive though, kinda like a leopard wrasse.

These are notorious jumpers. Cover your tank until you get a piece of glass or screen for it.

covered the side and from temporary with aluminium sheet. tomorrow will order a glass.

I hope he eats tomorrow, it went under sand when i put it in.
