DBC Marine next to Ikea in Richmond. $10 to $20 cash/10 lb bottle depending on who's sitting at the desk.

Yup, DBC Marine is where most local reefers I know go to get their tanks filled.

Or search for any fire safety supply company that does fire extinguishing systems etc. They usually have CO2 since there are plenty of fire extinguishing systems using that gas. I had a heck of a time getting my bottle filled here in the interior a few months ago. For one thing, the bottle was expired so I had to have it hydro tested. Only place I could find was a fire safety outfit in Kelowna. Apparently the price of CO2 has gone up recently. I dunno, but I find it ironic we even get charged for a gas that most of the world is trying to get rid of. They should be paying us to take it off their hands!
