I need the upgraded impeller for my Skimz SK181
I can't warranty this unit as I'm the second owner and it's just past the 1 year mark
I still feel Skimz should replace it free of charge as it was sold with a faulty part
Well, after getting no reply from Singapore, Dave came through for me

I am happy that I don't need to have one shipped up from the states. That would have almost made it not worth bothering with for the cost with shipping

Just another example of fine customer service
