LF - Skimmer ASAP (and other things)

I need a skimmer capable of 150-200 Gallons ASAP, as my skimmer pump failed and I want to upgrade. Not really looking to spend more than $300 and must be local as I need it soon. Internal of external, dosn't matter.

Also looking for the following other stuff - not a rush

48" light fixture. Prefer a 6-8 bulb T5 fixture. It's just for a FOWLR, so no need for halides.

Reeflo Dart, Hammerhead, Orca, Wahoo, Snapper etc. etc. return pump

Needle Wheel skimmer pump. 500-900 GPH. Something similar to a Sedra KSP5000

Brother wants a nice Nano Setup, something clean and with a stand.

I have a Aquamedic 48" 8 bulb T5 $200 and a SWC MiniS Skimmer $190 for sale.

I kept my T5 fixture for potential future use but I can't see myself using in the *near* future so I could sell it to you probably. It's an ATI powermodule . 4', 6 bulbs. Anyway, PM me if you're interested. You can probably get cheaper fixtures though, these ones are a bit pricey.
