Store Info
I have been trying to contact your store for the last 3 days without success. I have called 3 times (2 seperate days, once leaving a voice message), and sent a message via your website http://oceanaquatics.com/store/go/contact-us/ without a reply. I was in your store a couple weeks ago and was quite impressed, but now that I'm looking to drop nearly $1000 on an LED system and cannot seem to get ahold of you, or a reply, I'm not impressed so much anymore.
So how can I get in contact with you? |
We are a retail store open 7 days a week.

That is very surprising, OA is a great store and when ever I call I can always get an answer.

I called them right now and they answered. Maybe your calling the wrong number lol.

considering I said I left a voicemail on their answering machine, I would think that me calling the wrong number wouldn't be a conclusion anyone would make. at any rate, I have since called again and gotten an answer, so this is resolved.

Maybe they didn't answer your calls because of your attitude. I was just trying to help you when I said "were you calling the right #". People do a lot of f***** up stuff and aren't aware of it. But clearly your Mr.Perfect and didn't make that mistake.

anyways, I apologize to you if you think I have belittled you somehow. It was most likely all my fault for thinking everyone who uses a forum actually read the whole thread they were replying to, and didn't just reply for the sake of increasing their post count. |
