BM-Nac7/Eshopps S-150 Cone/SWC

I'm currently debating on which skimmer I want to use for my new set up for a 110G tank.

I did a bit of research on them but not a whole lot. Some notes i have compiled from searches:
Price lowest to highest - BM,SWC, Eshopps (delta roughly 150$ Where i live).
Eshopps has a nice Italian pump.
All skimmers seems to work well for many people, and BM/Eshopps are quite - not sure about the SWC.
- Minor flaws with some of the parts on each.

I would like to consider the overall skimmer reliability, therefore I am leaning more towards the Eshopps. I don't want to have the hassle of switching out pumps if one goes defective...

I just would like to know your guys personal experiences with these (if any) or if you can provide any additional valuable information.

Also I just found this skimmer - and will consider ordering it, just have to do a bit more research....

I have a SWC that I ran for close to a year on a tank i was setting up.
I found it quite easy to dial in, and never had a problem with it restarting after power failure, which happen here bi weekly almost.
My only concern would be that a 160 might not be big enough for your tank if you go with a heavier bioload.

I have been running an SWC "Miny S" for over a year now and absolutely love it.....the only issue I've had was I broke the impeller shaft wile cleaning the pump.....other then that it has been fantastic for me.

Zero problems with my SWC cone..simply luv it,way quieter than the euro it replace.Just get it dialed in at the beginning and never touch it again and it really pulls the nasties out.I only pull the whole thing out of the sump twice and year :) and give it a good cleaning.

If you are considering the Nac7, have you looked into the Sea Side Aquatics CS1?

I purchased one a little over 2 weeks ago, it's basically a NAC7 with a PSK600 pump, and different neck-cup transition I bought this to replace a Euro Reef CS100 that I had modified with a Tunze 9410 hydrofoamer. I really like the small footprint, the way the collection cup connects, and the fact that it uses the PSK600. (which is basically the same as the Tunze 9410)

To be fair, it's too early for me to really pass judgment one way or the other on this skimmer. It had started to produce skimmate after about 12 hours, but honestly took over a week to really start skimming well. (I'm not willing to say that it out performs my old skimmer/pump combo yet)
