ain't dead yet just give it a chance
had a major rock slide last month and when all's put back together again found a bubble had been crushed and buried too long with barely 8th of its flesh still recognizable. i debated whether to lose it or give it a fighting survival chance. today the original flesh has formed new mouth and more surprisingly bits of lingering tattered flesh around skeleton have regrouped and sprouted new miniature bubbles and mouths. cyano's still plaguing dead skeleton part but i'm a firm beliver in each one of these new growth.

Let it grow. You could frag off the dead part as after cyano you prob get some HA onthe dead part.
|
definitely cut off the dead skeleton it also hinders new growth. with some tlc it will grow back
|
try to frag it...the living part will defiantly bounce back.

I've got the same problem with some montipora, it bleached over the weekend, but one or 2 frags look to have a small amount of flesh left, so I'm just going to watch them for now.
