FF - approx 25 lbs of Live Rock with nasty Gelidium
 

I'm shutting down my 29 Gal JBJ Nano and will be getting rid of all the live rock from that tank this weekend. If anyone wants this rock they can have it.

As the title states, it is covered with Gelidium and I don't recommend anyone introducing it to their system. Gelidium is nasty stuff that has defeated my attempts at destroying it. You have been duly warned.

Having said that, maybe there is a reefer who knows how to get rid of this evil weed and gets 25lbs of live rock for free.

Picked up or tossed out, either way, it will be gone by this Sunday, March 11.

have you tried mexican turbo snails or peroxide dosing on the tank it may help erradicate the outbreak.. id take the rock but i doubt youd want to ship

It will never fully be defeated. Nasty stuff.

But seeing as I have a same problem in my pred tank I'd gladly take the rock off your hands
