Calcium reactor from Ocean Aquatics

I am thinking of purchasing the Ocean Aquatics Model 1 Calcium reactor.

Here is the link;

Has anyone got any feedback on the quality and efficiency?

Thanks,

Jim

I purchased one about 2 months ago and I am very happy with it .
I also liked the regulator with the built in bubble counter that O.A
sold me, Makes the the whole setup look totally pro.

I have one of the model 2. I got it because I already had a regulator and didn't want to buy a second one. Its great! Probably one of the best pieces of equipment I have. :biggrin:

with the impending sale of ocean aquatics I would be concerned with the new owners honering any warenties.. if there is any. as much as I like Zulu and respect his work, as a consumer I would be hesident untill the smoke clears and we see the new owners (providing some one steps forward to buy it) and see how they run.

Steve raises a good point.

About 6 months ago I split up OA into two businesses.

Ocean Aquatics and Aquatic Essentials (www.aquaticessentials.com)

Aquatic Essentials is the name brand on the skimmer, calcium reators and other products to be introduced into the future.

As for warranties, although it is not stipulated in any purchase that I offer a warranty, for those that know me, and what I stand for, know I will fix, substitute and even return the purchase price if someone is disappointed in the product.

Thanks for the chance to clarify.
