Four Lamp Aquatic Life Fixture Light Schedule

Does anyone have a suggestion for a good lighting schedule for a 4 bulb t5 fixture? Right now I'm running actinics from 930am-930pm and daylights from 1130am-730pm. Just wondering what other folks run for their schedules?

I run my atinics from 9-11 and my 10k from 11-9 on my current set-up.
