Below is the "Press Release" on this new "Support" forum.

We are very pleased to announce the launch of our North American dedicated support forum, this will provide support for ALL GHL products sold in this region.

This new forum does not supersede the official forum which is the global source for all GHL support, but as many in this region like more localized support we have created you your own forum!

What does this mean?

No further tech support will be provided on Reef Central by us, as you now have TWO dedicated forums for this. This allows for easier product categorized resource. If you wish to still offer each other advise then we are happy of course for this here.

The new forum will be moderated by GHL experienced users

We are pleased to announce the dedicated support forum for USA, Mexico and Canada is now live!

Just so there is no confusion Allen is one of our regional sales reps for the USA territory, Allen is very knowledgable in ProfiLux and has become a great asset more so of late with my recovery helping keep forums up to date.

This sounds great!!! Aqua Dig was a big help when I was having connection issues & with my new DIY LED's I with most certainly need some help with programming and question's. Keep up the great work and support, I will be signing up for sure.
