Ecoxotic Stunner Strips

Today we have added the Ecoxotic Stunner Strips to our LED lineup. These are a hot upgrade item for people looking to add color and shimmer to their tank in a one minute upgrade

They come in 5 colors and 3 sizes starting at just $79 each

Ooh, nice. I have a quick question about these, maybe you can help. Ecoxotic offers two products which seem to me very similar, these Stunner strips and also a Panorama Pro (which comes in a similar colour offering range as well). What is the difference between those two, do you know?

A good question. Took me a while to figure it out myself haha. The Panorama strips are designed to REPLACE an existing light fixture such as T5s. You rip out the T5s and screw in multiple Panoramas in their place. The Stunners are designed to SUPPLEMENT your existing lighting, adding actinics, extra whites, shimmer etc.

I will be putting up the Panoramas on our website today.

Do you stock the 445nm royal blue stunner strips? I recently purchased a RSM 250 and you cannot control the actinic bulbs independently. I am looking for something to create sunrise/sunset effect. Do you think one would provide enough light for the RSM 250 (65 gallons)?

Yes we do. I think for that size I would add 2 strips.
