Haha, love that guy.. at work we were looking through his site yesterday.. Even gets "will you marry me" letters.. insane.. love the re-mixes..

This guy is definitely getting his full 15mins... More famous than all the previous "American Idols" .. :lol: Except for maybe Clay.. but that is a whole other phenomenon that cannot be explained.

So I'm guessing he's a total flop but thanks to our society's cynical sense of humour he's become a celebrity in his own right?

Exactly... Plus how could you not like a guy who can stand there straight faced and say "can you believe I have had no professional training?" . He's a good guy, but a lousey singer..

The whole reality show thing really goes well with the cynicism when you think about it. It's like we have nothing better to do with our time but look for someone new to talk about. We celebrate the people who don't fit it. Are we laughing with him or at him?

Heck, I think he made a vancouver radio station's top 12 last night, they have had so many requests for it. :eek:
