More Powerhead Issues

I have a 35g tank 3 clowns a diamond goby and various LPS corals. I have two 750gph koralias at either end of the tank and I've slowly been turning them on every now and again to get the fish and corals used to them. But it scares me because every time they get turnedd on all the fish hide and my frogspawn coral looks like its gunna blow off the rock. I want flow but it scares me very much.

i use a koralia nano (250gph) and 2 maxi 600s. (160 gph in powerhead mode)

and still sometimes seems like there is a lot of pulling on my long soft corals.

ive got 2 k 2s in my 30 and 2 k 4s in my 50 (1050 and hour x2) and a canister putting out 200 . ive got lots of softies in the 50 and the fish are fine.Ive put them at the top and it keeps the sandstorm down.
