How Much 2 Part Do you dose Per Gal.???

As the title asks, I'm looking to see how much 2 part others are dosing per gal. I rethinking stuff again as I think I'm overdosing, & it's causing values to drop. I'm at about 4.8ML per gal.

Well I have a 200g display and a full frag tank to boot and dose 250ml a day.

4.8ml a day per gal seems crazy high.

Wow, I was going to post the exact same question, looking at the amount you guys dose, I guess Im not dosing near the amount I should be.... :surprise:

How do you have the system set up? Where do the hoses go into? High flow area? Do they dose at the same time? How much time between dosing calcium and alkalinity?

Calibrated Profilux into sump area, High flow, no, 30 mins

Just for poops n giggles, maybe try dosing calcium during the day and alkalinity during the night with at least 1 hour between dosing. This should be able to rule out precipitation.

poops make me giggle. I've done a 9% WC tonight, started to correct Ca value, alk is good for ulns @7.8 & dialed both back to 1.3ml per gal. If this doesn't work, then maybe I'll set the doser manually...but that would be alot of effort on my part.:twised:

My 120 gal takes about a gallon a month so if my math is correct it's just over 1ml/gal/ day
