LF: Phoenix 14K

Hello:

Anybody have a old used Phoenix 14K DE they would be willing to part with. Looking to change my lighting and would like to see one in action.

Thanks

Yes but you'd have to pay for shipping.

I think I have a 150W kicking around. What size do you need?

I've got a 250w that needs to be changed; I'm planning to relamp beginning of Oct.
If I can get $20 for it you can have it now (lamp fund), otherwise it's all yours in Oct.

In fact, if you've got a 250w Ushio 10k or XM 10k I'll trade you straight up.

Keep in mind that in my experience with MH bulbs that once the bulb gets older it loses a lot of its "blue" 14K look. When I changed out my last 14K bulb I went from a white to a very much white-blue. I had to check and make sure I didn't get a 20K bulb by mistake! I guess the reason I posted this was to give you a little warned that that a used 14K might not look the same as a new 14K :)

+1. Every time i replace mine, it looks like a 20k just got popped in.

Also be careful if you're using an electronic ballast like I am. You may end up with "super blue".
