Looks like a Spaghetti Worm to me. Harmless and a cool little critter. Read up on them, they're pretty neat.

Thanks for the help! I did some reading up on them here in last day or so and they are neat little guys. I was checking my "pocket expert guide to marine inverts" and it said for the spaghetti worm the feeding tentacles are white, tan or gray. Where as a Hair Worm (Cirratulid Species) can have yellow, tan or red "gills" and is often misidentified as a spaghetti worm. I'm not to sure as I haven't seen the body as of yet, and may not unless I go hunting. Might just have to wait till it matures as from the pictures I've seen there is no way of mistaking the spaghetti worms feeder tentacles spreading out.

The names Spaghetti Worm and Medusa Worm are interchangeable. The red ones are often called Medusa Worms even though they are the same specie. Both are Loimia medusa.

Thanks Myka. Looks like I need to go back to Bio10 and relearns me some Taxonomy.

Cirratulids are really close. Could be one or the other.
