Pimple like spots?
 

Hi Everyone, my Dotty has had two or three white spots on its side that seem to come and go. I was not to worried as the seemed to heal up in a week or some. I was cleaning the glass tonight and I noticed that my Yellow Tang has two small pimple like spots, no change in colour or redness. I am not good with sickness diagnosis yet but it does not look like ick. Any ideas as to what this might be and how to treat. He is still looking great and eating well with no recent changes in the tank.

If these are small white spots about the size of salt grains and they come and go, I'm guessing ick. Here is a recent thread about ick:
