carbon reactor question
 

i just purchased a carbon reactor for my 90 gallon so the pump is rated for 400g per hour, i am thinking of downsizing to my 25 gallon could i still use the reactor for the 25G or not a good idea at all??

also if i used a carbon reactor would i need a HOB filter all i was going to do was throw some rubble in it

just put a valve on the line if you find its too much flow.
