BRS High Capacity GFO vs BRS Regular GFO

Hey has anyone tried both of these products? I am in need of some GFO and will likely go with one of these products but not sure which.. I have heard great things about both and I understand the differences. Wouldn't mind some feedback from anyone who might have tried both though ?

Thanks!
K.

Reg Gfo is a bit messier but not as bas as rowa. The hc literally takes seconds to rinse clear but the regular was not too bad. You're using a TLF so to get water to more media I'd imagine less media in there is better. The hc is twice as effective so perhaps you can run less and use it more efficiently?

Hmm I never tried the hc but i do the math base on the BRS calculator and it works out on my 165 gallon is that it will cost me 11 per change (2 cups) for normal and 14 per change for HC(1 cup).

The normal is also very easy to change, just like carbon very much for me.

I used about 2 cups on mine and it last for roughly 6 weeks
