I agree with you 100%. It is really nasty, especially the chunky poo buildup around the skimmer cup.

I think Wes (bluetang) knows that feeling.

I would have agreed with you until my wife brought home the Beagle. Beagle farts make skimmate smell like lilacs.

could always feed the crabs to the beagle.
crabs gone, beagle happy, beagle farts worthwhile, and crab cakes on the lawn for the crows!

skimate is bad.. bud sorry much worse smells out there.. rotten meat for one..

My wife told me I'm not allowed to clean my skimmer cup in the house anymore today lol

I have to disagree I get some nice dark skimmate but it don't bother me at all so my worst smell is a litter box or like toxic111 rotten meat now thOse make me gag lol
