fat cheek?
 

ok so i picked up a randalls goby today got him home and in the tank and after i turned the lights back on i noticed one of his cheeks/gill is fat cant find anything on it as its not red or anything no pics though i have a crappy phone camera that cant pick it up
so what do you guys think?
im going to ask the lfs what they think tomorrow as well
