Quick question re ballast choice for 2 x 54 Watt or 4 x 54 Watt T5HO
 

I have 4 x 54 watt HO on a plant tank, one of the two ballasts bit the dust.

What is the difference between replacing it with a Workhorse 5 or with a Sunlight Supply ballast which J & L sells? Does one ballast give better light output or is one ballast more reliable?

EDIT: there is the Sunlight Supply ballast on the J & L website, then there are the Workhore 5's that many people seem to use, then there are AH Supply ballasts on the AH Supply website, not sure of the difference between these ballasts.
