Changing actinics
 

Just wondering, but with the sale at J&L and all, I was considering purchasing a new pair of actinics. Currently I only have 2 40W NO's supplementing my 250 MH pair... it's been about 6 months with these actinics.. should I bump up to a pair of VHOs or? And if so, which kind? Is there that obvious of a difference or? Much nicer blues with VHO v. NO or v versa?

VHO actinics are much more intense than normals. At least more so than the others I have been running. Recently I purchased a Hagen Marine Glo 40w actinic. Must say its very impressive, even compared side by side with a 4ft. actinic vho.

Currently running one of them, along with a 40w Philips. I will be adding another Marine Glo soon.
