Coralife pendant bulb change help please

Well, as much as I hate to admit it, in my first attemp at a bulb change on my 150W Coralife pendant, I have failed. I didn't have a whole lot of time to mess with it, but in 5 minutes... no luck. Anybody have this fixture and a little advice?
