Can you put Chemi-Pure Elite in a reactor?

Can you use Chemi Pure in a reactor?

I am picking up a TLF reactor today and just wondering if it is suitable for use with Chemi Pure.

I know that the packaging states to leave in the bag and not open..... so can the bag go into the reactor?

Any info is good.

Yup, I used to do it before I went to the EcoBak pellets.

So just fit the bag in... around the tube in the center? Is there any negative effects to compressing it as opposed to flattening it out as much as possible?

No, remove the media from the bag. Once it's in the reactor make sure you do a fresh water run through until the water runs clear. When it's running in the tank just make sure it's at a low tumble because too hard of a tumble will allow for some of the granules to get through the sponge in the reactor.
