need ampmaster info
Can an ampmaster owner take a look at the plastic pump components and see if there's any numbers on them. That pump looks pretty familiar now that I had a look at it on the web site. I think there might be a much cheaper alternative available. Oh ya, can you confirm that it is an Emerson motor? Thanks.

Hey Jim,
Definately and emerson. Been searching thier site looking for more specs on the motor. :D And as for the pump part. All that is really on it is Dolphins number sticker. I can't go messing around with it too much right now(Hooked up and running) but Jeff(Achilles) has one not hooked up I think. JEFF! lol I'll take a peek and see what I can find Jim. |

I am needed???!!!! hahaha,
I just took a look at the housing covering the impeller. I guess you could call it the impeller assembly. There are absolutely no identifying marks of any kind on it. I am sure this pump is an "aquarium adapted" version of another, probably louder pool pump etc. Good luck on your hunt! Cheers! - Jeff |

Hi,
Yah...you can get a 3000 gpm version, but they have a close coupling version with 1.5" fittings and 70 gpm. Its a chemical resistant pump made from polyester or thermoplastic - good for acids, bases, fresh and salt water. http://www.serfilco.com/catalog/page54.htm - Victor. |
