need info rsm 250
 

Hi, anyone know how heavy the red sea max 250 tank and cabinet are ?

I ordered one and going to pick them up from the lfs this weekend.

Have a friend help you. It's heavy for one but no problem for two.

The problem I will have is moving it from the van on to a dolly.
Do you think its possible to slide it on a ramp ?

Depends how strong you are I guess.

Do you know anybody in your building who could give you a hand?

It's packaged quite well, but I would really recommend 2 people. My boo and I were able to get it out of the back of my car and onto the dolly easily.

If you like your RSM130, your going to love the new one.

I like the rsm 130 which I put in my bedroom, but not too fond of the lights.
I am actually downsizing because I am moving early next year and also now don't have as much time to take care of my tanks.

Specially ordered the white rsm 250 (wish rsm500) to match the furnishings in my living room then will take down the 90G and rsm 130 :)

So you have what is rumoured to be the FIRST white RSM 250 in Canada. Cool. You'll have to post pics when you get it set up.

Yeah, I actually asked King Ed to specially order one for me a few months back after knowing white rsm 250 exists.:lol:

I am just going to set it up to check that all are in working order and there's no leak. I have to pack it again in February to move back home.

Can't wait to see it in person tomorrow.
