Skimmer Bubbles

So I had to remove my skimmer for 10 minutes a little bit ago to remove a fish that ended up in the skimmer chamber.

Now my skimmer is going nuts and bubbles are POURING out of the exit pipe. It is filling the skimmer chamber with micro bubbles and I just can't get it running properly now.

Anyone have any advice to help me out here? I am running a Euro-reef RS80 and it was running perfectly until now.

I would let it run for a bit, just remove the skimmer chamber and let it overflow back into the sump. It should settle down, give it a bit of time.

I experience this when using 2 part epoxy for gluing rock, it drives the skimmers crazy, but it settles down.

You have just disturbed the water integrity (if that is the word I should use), no worries.
